These are the steps I’ll take to get your property sold:

  1. Take high quality photographs to use in all online and print marketing.

  2. Compile all relevant information concerning the marketing of your property. (taxes, deed, covenants, utility bills, HOA info, plat map)

  3. Place sign and flyers in front yard.

  4. Place lockbox on property (optional).

  5. List your property on Big Sky MLS (Multiple Listings Service) and syndicate the listing all over the internet (over 750 websites).

  6. Create a ChalkDigital campaign to hyper target potential buyers through geo located mobile platforms.

  7. Place ad in Berkshire Hathaway’s seasonal brochure.  8,500 copies placed at Bozeman Yellowstone Airport, Hotels, Bozeman Chronicle, Chamber of Commerce, and Berkshire’s Big Sky and Bozeman Offices.

  8. Place an advertisement in Bozeman Chronicle and hold an Open House.

  9. Send out an eCard to all REALTOR®s in the Gallatin Association of REALTORS®.

  10. Mail postcards to neighbors promoting the property as Just Listed! 

  11. Contact current buyers in my sphere that may be interested in your property.

  12. Actively market your property within Berkshire Hathaway’s weekly meetings and place property on agency tour.    Over 1/3 of our listings are sold by one of our agents.

  13. Schedule showings with home owner.  Coordinate with Buyer Agents to ensure they have all information pertaining to your property. 

  14. Track progress through feedback from showings, amount of internet clicks, and by staying apprised to new listings that may be deemed comparable. 

  15. Get your property under contract!
